Warranty Claim

At Prolam Brands we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We therefore recommend you read our Terms and Conditions and Warranty Policies prior to you making your purchase, so you are familiar with our policies under Warranty.

We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from Prolam Brands, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

If your product is out of warranty, please go to our Service Request page and log a request.

Warranty periods start from the invoice date.

All products are return to base (RTB) unless otherwise stated.

  • All equipment and machines have a 12 month warranty period however this can vary on item and period specified on invoice or quote.

All warranty claims must include original copy of invoice or invoice number to be able to process your claim. Failure to provide these details may disallow your claim.
